Bigston™ Production System
This innovative system uses internet technologies to provide barcode based production monitoring and control of production flows using your corporate intranet. Flexible and easy to use, this system allows fine-grained control and powerful data collection capabilities for virtually any kind of manufacturing or service operation.

The systems can be configured to interact directly with production equipment for manufacturing execution system (MES) or Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) applications. In addition, the system can display procedures and documentation at the work locations based on models, processes and options. Additional configuration parameters support call center and order tracking requirements. A separate system module supports warehouse operations for parts and unit handling processing.

Bigston™ Reporting System
This system uses internet technologies to provide real-time displays of production data through your corporate intranet. This system can be easily adapted to project this information over the internet for remote monitoring or for business partners. Multiple reporting systems can be configured to report data from existing systems as well as the Bigston Production System to create a digital dashboard of real time production information.

Bigston™ Document Library System
This system uses internet technologies to provide online management and display of documents such as procedures, working instructions and documentation. Documents are easily organized into menus and submenus using a web browser interface and then displayed using your intranet. This system is compatible with the Bigston Production System to provide coordinated management of process documentation.

Basic Architecture
These systems are designed from the ground up as internet based applications, so the only needed client-side equipment is a basic personal computer running a browser such as FireFox or Microsoft Internet Explorer. Database processing is accomplished using any SQL-compliant database engine. This configuration allows broad flexibility and scalability to fit virtually any processing need.

The systems are designed to published standards for web design and database architecture in order to interact seamlessly with a large variety of platforms and environments.

Configurations
The systems can be licensed as either software only, a hardware/software package or as a web subscription service. The products can be licensed individually or as a coordinated suite. As a software/hardware package, Bigston Information Technologies can obtain and configure the server with the appropriate software in order to provide your company with a true turnkey implementation.
