Bigston Suite Customer Implementation
	This is an overview of a typical customer implementation of the Bigston Suite at a manufacturing plant.
Warning Lights The Bigston Production System links mobile workstations to warning light systems allowing workers and inspectors to give a visible indication of problems.
	Main Assembly Line A sophisticated database collects production and inspection information using barcode data captured real time from the assembly process. This data is continuously analyzed to improve the production process and product quality.	LED Displays The Bigston Reporting System allows real time monitoring of production using web screens and LED signs.
Mobile Workstation The mobile workstation is connected to the Bigston Production System through the wireless network. Working instructions are given to the assemblers via web screens. Since the system is online, only the most current instructions are shown, customized specifically for the unit and the workcenter. The working instructions include both diagrams and digital photographs which contributes to high quality and reduction of errors.	Wireless Network A wireless network links all of the components of the system allowing mobility and flexibility.	Bigston Warehouse System The Bigston Warehouse System is accessible from the mobile work stations as well as handhelds or truck-mount screens. The wireless network combined with the web-based screens allows convenient access to the system for receiving, stocking and picking operations.
