What do I need to run the system?
The system is provided as a service from our servers - we manage everything for you. All you need is a connection to the Internet and some work stations. We supply the rest!
Since the system is web-based, it is accessed through any device that has a web-browser. This powerful functionality provides access from desktop personal computers, notebooks, wireless workstations, handheld devices, etc.
The systems are touch-screen compatible allowing access from tablet computers and other mobile devices such as the Apple iPad™
Approximately how much does it cost?

- Fixed rate depending on size and complexity of installation and support requirements, minimum one-year commitment
- A basic installation can be as low as USD $1,800/month. Arrangements can be made to "step into" an installation with phased-in pricing.
- System support and maintenance (program updates, "reasonable enhancements") - phone, email, one on-site visit per year.
- Typically, there will be a one-time charge for installation and customization. This will vary based on the amount of on-site time and the amount of customization required.
How fast can we implement?
Since the system is provided from our servers, a basic system will be active within two weeks. Full implementation is typically accomplished in sixty to ninety days.
You will be able to show your customers and prospective customers product tracebility, process tracking and online quality management. Since the system is web-based, this information can be, at your discretion, shared with your customers giving them real-time visibility.
